News: Hindus ask Heidi Klum to apologise for denigrating Goddess

Hindus have asked actress, supermodel and producer Heidi Klum to tender a public apology for dressing up as Goddess Kali for a Halloween party at a club in New York (USA). This can hurt the feelings of devotees.
Acclaimed Hindu and Indo-American statesman Rajan Zed, in a statement in Nevada (USA) today, said that Goddess Kali was highly revered in Hinduism and she was meant to be worshipped in temples and not to be used in clubs for publicity stunts or thrown around loosely for dramatic effect.
